Learn. Practice. Ask. Troubleshoot.
How the program works
Part 1 combines four elements into one structured weekly rhythm, so concepts don't stay theoretical.
Cisco Networking Academy
NetAcad provides the structured course content and curriculum that anchors each week of the program.
Instructor Guidance
Instructors teach live, explain difficult concepts, and answer questions alongside the NetAcad material — they don't replace it.
Packet Tracer
Hands-on labs in Cisco Packet Tracer turn concepts into practical, repeatable configuration skills.
Practical Troubleshooting
Dedicated troubleshooting exercises build the habit of diagnosing and fixing problems, not just memorizing configurations.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need prior IT experience to get started?
No. Our programs are structured to take motivated beginners through foundational networking concepts step by step, though prior exposure to computers and basic troubleshooting is helpful.
What do I need for the practical sessions?
A laptop or desktop computer with a stable internet connection, and Cisco Packet Tracer installed for hands-on labs.
Will I get a certificate of completion?
Yes — students who complete a program receive a certificate of completion from the academy. This is separate from Cisco's official CCNA certification, which requires meeting Cisco's certification requirements and passing the applicable certification exam.
